Cold. That was my first thought. It was cold, and I couldn’t feel my arms. My vision was blurry, so I dared not look around. Ouch. That was my second thought; my stomach was killing me. When I did look down, but only because of fatigue, I saw a crude bandage wrapped around my torso.

Chapter Three of my BookThe silver moonlight brushed the weary faces of soldiers and horses. The Ships of the armada appeared as if they were ethereal, and weapons appeared silver. The white stone courtyard gleamed in the profound light, and the fountain was even more majestic in moonlight than in actual day.
